Medium weight Domette Pre-Shrunk Cotton Interlining is traditional interlining that is a heavily brushed 100% cotton twill. It improves the draping qualities of the curtains adding extra weight to the lightest of curtain fabrics as well as being ideal for roman blinds. It is also great when the fabric will be pleated such as swags and tails - and being pre-shrunk will reduce the effect of shrinking.
