Returns Policy

We will happily accept returns within 14 days of receipt, provided that the item returned is in its original and unused condition, with all original packaging. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.

Faulty Items

  1. The Buyer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify the Seller by email, phone or in writing within 7 days if the Goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the Contract. If the Buyer fails to do so the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods.
  2. Where a claim of defect or damage is made, the Goods shall be returned by the Buyer to the Seller within 28 days of delivery. The Buyer shall be entitled to a replacement or a full refund (including delivery costs) plus any return postal charges if the Goods are in fact defective.
  3. Goods must be returned by the Buyer at the Buyer’s expense within 28 days of cancellation in the original packaging and should be adequately insured during the return journey. The Buyer will receive a refund of all monies paid for the Goods (including delivery charges, if any) except for return postal charges. If the Buyer fails to return the Goods following cancellation, the Seller shall be entitled to deduct the cost of recovering the Goods from the Buyer.
  4. Goods to be returned must clearly show the order number obtained from the Seller on the package.
  5. Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyer’s fault the Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.

Exchanges

Depending on an item being in stock, we may be able to offer an exchange. We will refund the delivery charge if an item received is faulty or if there has been an error on our part. In the case of exchanges for non faulty items, a re-delivery charge at our standard rate will apply.

Order Cancellations

If you have a change of mind and wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. If your goods have not already been dispatched we will cancel your order and process a refund. In cases where the order has already been dispatched you will need to return the goods to us in order that we can process a refund. The cost of delivery will not be refunded in this instance.

Lost or Damaged Goods in Transit

We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service when returning goods to us.

Our returns policy complies with The Distance Selling Regulations.
